Bible

The Bible is the final authority in the church. Bible Gateway is a free site which offers many translations for you to search or view. If you are unsure of which translation to use, we suggest you start with the English Standard Version.

Salvation

Are you wondering about your purpose in life? Are you wondering what will happen when you die? Perhaps, you question how God can possibly care about you after all the bad things you’ve done. If you have questions like these, we suggest you review this online resource called Ultimate Questions. (Or, you can stop by the church for a printed copy of the book.)

Doctrine

You can find more details about our beliefs by viewing the confession and catechisms found on our denomination’s website.

Denomination

As a presbyterian church, we are connected to a denomination. We are a member of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, a reformed, Biblical, and presbyterian denomination. The denomination is further divided in presbyteries, which govern matters in smaller geographic areas. Our local church is part of the Presbytery of New York and New England. We actively participate in the work of the presbytery, even as the presbytery oversees the work of the local church.
